Welcome to the vibrant neighborhoods of St. Petersburg! CONA is powered by the dedication, advocacy, and hard work of its member neighborhoods. Each neighborhood contributes its unique character, history, and community spirit to our city. Together, these associations work tirelessly to promote safety, foster inclusivity, advocate for community needs, and enhance the quality of life for all residents.

Allendale Neighborhood Association

The Association is dedicated to  making Allendale a great neighborhood — assuring safety, promoting friendship, protecting character and beauty. 


Azalea Neighborhood Association

Bahamas Shores Neighborhood Association

Located on the southern tip of the ‘Burg’s peninsula, it is a waterfront neighborhood resting on Tampa Bay and Little Bayou. With two picnics a year, events, a welcoming committee, and other fun activities for the community to enjoy.


Broadwater Civic Association

This neighborhood embraces its rich history while fostering a vibrant, modern community. Residents work together to preserve historic charm, promote safety, and build lasting connections.


Central Oak Park Neighborhood Association

Central Oak Park is the 3rd largest neighborhood in St. Pete and is the only residential neighborhood to cross Central Avenue.  The neighborhood runs from 5th Avenue South to 13th Avenue North and from 34th Street (Highway 19) to 49th Street.


Crescent Heights Neighborhood Association

Crescent Heights works together to celebrate and enhance cooperation and neighborliness among residents. The Neighborhood Association regularly hosts porch parties and family events, and celebrates big with seasonal community building block parties, volunteer days, and more.


Crescent Lake Neighborhood Association

Crescent Lake Neighborhood Association was organized to unite property owners, business owners, and residents within the Crescent Lake Neighborhood. It is our goal to enhance, improve, and beautify our neighborhood and to foster a sense of cohesive community through interacting and working together.   


Crossroads Area Neighborhood Association

St Pete Downtown Neighborhood Association

The St. Petersburg Downtown Neighborhood Association provides a collective voice to City residents on the issues that matter to us all. Through social networking activities, we are able to meet our neighbors, share ideas and focus on issues that affect quality of life and economic development. Members are able to stay in touch with the neighborhood issues that matter to them most.


Eagle Crest Civic Association

Known for its strong neighborly bonds and welcoming spirit, this community hosts frequent events, volunteer initiatives, and programs that bring residents together.


Euclid Heights Neighborhood Association

A connected community where members enjoy seasonal activities.


Euclid St Paul’s Neighborhood Association

Mission is to promote fellowship of their members, and to educate and unite residents, real property owners, and business owners within the Euclid St. Paul’s Neighborhood in order to preserve, enhance, improve, and beautify the Euclid St. Paul’s Neighborhood. The Euclid St. Paul’s Neighborhood Association is an all volunteer-led organization consisting of residents living within the boundaries of the neighborhood.


Fossil Park Neighborhood Association

Fossil Park gets its name from the large amount of Indian artifacts and fossils found on the property.  The Fossil Park Neighborhood includes 62nd Ave N. to 77th Ave. N., and from 4th St. N to 9th St. N.  


Fruitland Heights Neighborhood Association

A quiet neighborhood, with church bells in the air and  many beautiful trees and birds. Two past mayors,  the first commercial airline passenger in history, St. Pete Pioneers, St. Pete’s first doctor, and numerous war heroes from the Civil and World Wars are laid to rest in their churchyard.

Garden Manor Lake Estates was created to help keep neighbors informed of what’s happening in their neighborhood, working together to make this city, our piece of the world a better place to live.

North Kenwood Neighborhood Association

North Kenwood is a centrally located  subdivision and is comprised of modest single story bungalows built in the late 40’s, early 50’s.  It contains about 1500 homes and is bordered by 22nd St N, 275, 9th Ave N. and 34th St N.   North Kenwood has two lakes, one in Booker Creek Park and the other, Emerald Lake, separating residential homes from the commercial section where the St. Petersburg Times has its printing plant. The neighborhood’s central location makes it very convenient for shopping and easy access to all of St. Petersburg and Interstate 275. In 1973, a 35-acre lake and park were proposed on the site that is now Booker Creek Lake; the largest man-made lake in the city. 


Old Pasadena Neighborhood Association

At the Old Pasadena Neighborhood Association, we firmly believe in the power of collective action and the positive impact it can have on our community. By joining forces, we can work together to enhance the quality of life for everyone in the neighborhood and create a warm and welcoming environment for all.


Old Southeast Neighborhood Association

The Old Southeast Neighborhood Association (OSNA) is a volunteer organization in St. Petersburg, FL which aims to connect neighbors, promote community pride, foster communication, and encourage cooperation between the city and its residents.  It is registered with Florida government as a 501(c)(3) entity which status includes federal tax exemption and eligibility to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions.


Pasadena Bear Creek Neighborhood Association

Pasadena Bear Creek is a quiet and quaint neighborhood located on the western edge of St. Petersburg. We boast oak trees lined sidewalks, brick lined streets with Bear Creek meandering lazily through the neighborhood. Our neighborhood is conveniently located near the Tyrone Mall and the Gulf Beaches. Additionally, we are fortunate to have the Pinellas Trail passing through our neighborhood with several entrances. These conveniences offer the residences of this neighborhood the best of all worlds.

West Shore Village Boca Bay Association

West Shore Village is a private gated condominium community located in south Pinellas County, Florida. Their village is situated on over 30 acres of professionally landscaped grounds and adjacent to the waters of the Clam Bayou wildlife preserve. This beautiful park-like community offers many mature trees and flowering shrubs, a magnificent private pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts, as well as a private clubhouse.

Yacht Club Estates Civic Association

They are an active, family-oriented neighborhood on the Intercoastal Waterway, located next to the Treasure Island Bridge. 

Popular annual neighborhood events include our Annual Neighborhood Party, fire truck-led Halloween Parade, Island-Wide Garage Sale, Holiday Homes on Parade fundraiser, various community outreach projects, as well as active interest groups such as our book club, bible study group, bike club, boat club and wine club.
